A New Chapter in Cebu
DMCI Homes marked another milestone by launching its first residential project in Cebu City, continuing its mission to offer well-designed living spaces to more communities across the country.
Launched DMCI Homes Leisure Residences & Economic Housing
DMCI Homes had expanded into new markets and segments. It launched Solmera Coast in San Juan, Batangas, under its leisure development brand DMCI Homes Leisure Residences. In the same year, it introduced Anissa Heights in Pasay City, its first project under the economic housing segment, aimed at widening homeownership opportunities.
Powering Growth Through Partnerships
The company entered into its first local joint venture with Robinsons Land Corporation, resulting in the development of Sonora Garden Residences in Las Piñas City.
Best Developer in Luzon
DMCI Homes was recognized as the Best Developer in Luzon at The Outlook Awards by Lamudi, a reflection of its continued dedication to quality and innovation.
Building Smarter with BIM
The company adopted Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, enhancing the design and planning process. This innovation was first applied to Fairlane Residences in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
Stepping into the Upscale Market
The company solidified its brand as a trusted name in residential development by venturing into the upscale segment through DMCI Homes Exclusive, launching Oak Harbor Residences—a premium waterfront property in Bay City, Parañaque.
A year later, DMCI Homes became the first real estate company in the Philippines to earn the Quadruple A contractor license.
Making a Mark in Mindanao
DMCI Homes expanded to Mindanao through the acquisition of Verdon Parc in Davao City, furthering its goal of bringing quality developments to more parts of the country.
Reaching Northern Heights
The company extended its reach to Northern Luzon with the launch of Outlook Ridge Residences in Baguio City—its first project in the country’s summer capital.
Recognition of Excellence
DMCI Homes was honored by prestigious institutions such as Reader’s Digest, BCI Asia, and the Urban Land Institute, among others, affirming its growing role in shaping thoughtful residential communities.
A Boutique Residential Experience
DMCI Homes introduced Accolade Place in Quezon City, its first boutique-style condominium, providing a more private and intimate setting for homeowners.

Expanding Green Urban Living
The company developed Royal Palm Residences within Acacia Estates. The project was a landmark in offering expansive open spaces, dedicating a full hectare to resort-style amenities and greenery—an uncommon feature in urban residential settings at the time.
Laying the Groundwork for a Township
The year 2007 marked the beginning of a bigger vision. DMCI Homes established Township Central, the company’s largest land bank located in Taguig City. Later renamed Acacia Estates, DMCI Homes’ residential township has become home to families living in various themed subdivisions and condominium communities.
Introducing Themed Communities
DMCI Homes launched Mayfield Park Residences in Pasig City, pioneering themed condominiums with a Contemporary Asian design to offer a peaceful environment. Subsequently, DMCI Homes continued to develop unique, beautifully themed condos, drawing inspirations from various styles like Art Deco, Balinese, and Japanese, providing an urban escape. Concurrently, Mahogany Place 1 in Taguig City was developed, signifying the company's first themed subdivision project.
The Birth of DMCI Homes
In the wake of the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis, DM Consunji, Inc. (DMCI) launched DMCI Homes in 1999 to create jobs by developing middle-income housing. This new entity introduced distinctive medium-rise condominiums with resort-style amenities, reflecting DMCI Founder Engr. David M. Consunji's commitment to both business and societal vision.
